PALMER 360 LIMITED provides manufacturing and reproduction services for magnetic and optical media, including but not limited to:
All quotations provided by us are valid for the period stated in the quotation or, if no period is stated, for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. An order is only binding once we have confirmed acceptance in writing.
Once an order is confirmed, modifications may be subject to additional charges and may affect delivery times. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in material costs, labor costs, or other factors beyond our control.
Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation. Generally, payment is required as follows:
Late payment may result in suspension of services and may incur interest charges.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or other methods as agreed. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery dates but are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs will be specified in the quotation or invoice.
We manufacture products to industry-standard quality specifications. All products undergo quality control checks before dispatch.
Any defects or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and, if the defect is confirmed, will replace or repair the defective products at no additional cost.
Our liability for defects is limited to replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from defects.
You warrant that you have the right to use and reproduce any content, artwork, or materials you provide to us. You indemnify us against any claims arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
All intellectual property rights in our processes, designs, and proprietary information remain our property. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written permission.
Orders may be cancelled by the customer, but cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of production. Custom orders may not be cancellable once production has commenced.
Returns are only accepted for defective products or if we have failed to meet the agreed specifications. Returns must be authorized by us in advance and must be in original condition.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or supplier failures.
We will maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information you provide to us in connection with our services. This obligation continues after the completion of the services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
